    You pay through Paypal. Payment transfer to Seller will not be made until confirmation on Step 3.

    Seller will be automatically notified of the purchase. After confirming, Seller have to send the item to FlutterScape.

  • 3. FlutterScape Confirmation

    FlutterScape receives the item, confirms then ship it via EMS or SAL.

    FlutterScape will transfer the Paypal payment to seller’s account.

    Item will be shipped to your shipping address. The shipping duration will depend on location and shipment method.

Your seller is supposed to ship the ordered item to our logistic partner within 7 days from the ordered date.

If either seller cancels the order or the item is not shipped to our logistic center within 7 days, your payment will be automatically canceled.

Our logistic partner will ship international on the same date (or next day at the latest) of the item arrival.

Once your item is confirmed by our logistic partner, you can track your item with the tracking number obtainable at here (needs buyer login)
